Our Inspiration

"Small acts,
when multiplied by millions of people,
can transform the
world"

Howard Zinn

Human centered design

People are at the core of what we're to for

We value candor and iterative feedback, because it enables us to align the services we offer to fulfill your needs.

Heart, is at the heart, of what we do

We operate from a place that centers the human spirit, authenticity and an unbreakable connection to the people we here to serve.

Diversity | Equity | Liberation

  • Innovation fuels the fire of progress, made real through diverse perspectives that inform and perpetually empower it.

  • Equity unlocks a shared opportunity to participate in and benefit from our work together, regardless of where you're from or where you call home.

  • Liberation is a shared responsibility- to dismantle barriers built to hold others back, because none of us are free unless all of us are.

Our Experience

Good Grows was established in 2023 by Michael A. Armstrong, leveraging six years of hands-on experience from his tenure at Asana, where he served as a program manager dedicated to supporting nonprofits and social impact initiatives.

During his tenure at Asana, Michael spearheaded the development of sector-specific resources, facilitated educational webinars and managed scaled educational resources designed to champion nonprofit success.
